Need to Require Picklist Value Based on Checkbox in Salesforce

We provide how to make picklist value is required based on a checkbox.

For example,

Consider you are purchasing a product from a shopping mall, You can get some credits which is helpful to make discounts in your product cost and prizes.

Try the below code in validation rule,
