In salesforce we are able to switch Lightning to classic as well classic to Lightning. This feature helps us to switch whenever we want to get into one user interface to another one. But if we are a Lightning lover or not interested in classic and no need to switch classic. As well it made us a bit irritated when unknowingly one page switched to classic and all other tabs went to Classic.
We have one solution for this ! Yes, we can turn off classic from our salesforce org.
Now we are going to see, How we can do this ? and Follow below steps to achieve this.
Step-1 : Click the gear icon on the top corner and Go to setup.
Step-2: In the search box, search for Lightning Experience Transition Assistant and open it.
Step-3 : Once went into this, we can see three phases in that page (Discover Phase, Roll Out Phase, Optimize Phase). Select Optimize Phase.
Step-4 : On the 4th Expand the drop down named Turn Off Salesforce Classic for your Org.
Step5 : Now turn on the Make Lightning Experience your org’s only experience to enable Lightning Only Experience.
Users see Lightning Experience the next time they log in to Salesforce. They no longer see the Switch to Salesforce Classic link.
