Assign multiple users to a permission set license together or by removing multiple users all at once. On each permission set license detail page, We can select multiple users to complete bulk assignment operations. By using this update we can save time.
This update was released on winter 22 Previously, we added or removed users individually from each user’s detail page.
Steps 1: From Setup in Lightning Experience, in the Quick Find box, enter Company Information, and then select Company Information Scroll down to the permission set licenses related list. Click the name of the permission set license that you want to assign users to or remove users from.
Step 2: Click the name of the permission set license that we want to assign users to or remove users from.
Step 3: We can which users have this particular permission set license. Click View Users.
Step 4: If we want to remove the user for this permission set license, Select the users which users we have to remove and click on Remove Assignment.
Step 5: It shows the confirmation message. Click on Ok. This user was removed from this license.
Add Assignment :
Step 6: Click the name of the permission set license that we want to assign users. Click on Assign Users
Step 7: We can select the users which users we have to assign this license and Click on Assign
Note: If we give the permission license to the user, that user already has that license, then it won’t allow giving the same license, it shows the alert message.
