We can create buttons using formula field.
- First, we need to create a button image
- Save this image in Documents object
- Use this image for creating a formula field
Syntax:-
HYPERLINK (“/006/e?retURL=”&Id,
IMAGE(“/servlet/servlet.FileDownload?file=0156F00000D06gB“,”Job Summary”))
We have to replace our file ID in the above highlighted.
The button will be shown like this,
