How to Enable Knowledge User in Salesforce

Knowledge user

It Specify which agents in your company are Knowledge users and give them access to article actions. Create user profiles with the user permissions they need, and then assign them to these profiles.

To enable Knowledge user follow the below steps,

Step 1 : Go to My Settings –> Personal –> Advanced User Details,

Step 2 : Click edit and Enable “Knowledge user” check box.
